Bengaluru: Pujo Buffet at Quattro, The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru
Quattro, the all-day dining restaurant at The Leela Bhartiya City Bengaluru, is hosting a special ‘Oh Calcutta’ buffet to celebrate Durga Pujo. On for both lunch and dinner until October 5, 2022, it will showcase delicacies such as Kosha Mangsho, Bhapa llish, the all-time favourite Chingri Malai Curry, the popular Fish Kabiraji, Koraishutir Kochuri to a Biriyani with the famous hilsa, the traditional Nolen Gurer Rosogolla, and other traditional desserts. Executive Chef Jatinder Pal Singh and his team members Nilanjan Chakraborty and Shayan Chatterjee have designed this food festival to transport diners to Bengal.

New Delhi: The Navratri Thali And Bento Box At The Claridges
Dhaba at The Claridges has put together a fast-friendly Navratri Thali with authentic dishes such as Aloo Sabudana Vada, Lauki Mawa Curry, Kaju aur Chironji ki Dal, Methi aur Gud ka Sitaphal, Palak Paneer Roll Curry, Samak ke Chawal ki Tehri, Kuttu ka Dahi Bhalla with Rajgira ki Puri and Methi Lassi, as well as Petha Halwa with nuts to round off the meal. If that seems too traditional for you, Pickwick has a Navratra Bento box that offers Oriental dishes such as Asian Herb Broth, Pomelo Salad, Crisp Lotus Stem, Vegetable Pocket, Exotic Stir Fry Asian Greens and Chilli Basil Samak Fried Rice with Yuzu Baked Yoghurt. Both the Navratri Thali and Navratra Bento are available until October 5, 2022.

Celebrating all things satvik at lunch and dinner, Executive Chef Neeraj and his culinary team have introduced the special Navratri Thali, which consists of delicious falahari and vegetarian fare. Expect dishes such as Sabudana Khichdi, Navratri Mirch Aloo, Samak ki Tikki, Mungphali ki Kadhi, Aloo ke Pakode, Samak Dosa, Aloo ki Kadhi, Paneer Malpua, Vratwale Chawal ki Kheer, Sabudana Kheer and Lauki ki Kheer.

A brand-new flavour fusion dish of Butter Papdi Chaat is the innovation that Chef Ritesh Tulsian and Chef Anees Khan, founders of Bambai Multicultural Cuisine restaurant, have created to celebrate Dussehra this year. Inspired by the renowned original from Ulhasnagar in Mumbai and their love for the city’s streetside chaat stalls, the two proudly-Mumbaikar chefs have put their special twist on this dish to make this Dussehra a little more special. The restaurant menu continues to serve up its culinary celebrations of Mumbai’s multicultural cuisine influences.
