Setting a benchmark in the city with award-winning dining destinations such as Ukiyo, Aasmana, Three Kitchens Restaurant and Bar, and The Ritz-Carlton Tea Lounge, The Ritz-Carlton, Pune has introduced India’s first restaurant residency, a first-of-its-kind concept in the country. Located on the fourth floor, Alta Vida is a breathtaking poolside cocktail bar and grill with a panoramic view of the city.

The restaurant highlights showcasing a rotating line-up of international chefs, each of whom will bring their unique culinary vision to life within the space every six months. The first season at Alta Vida highlights Nusantara by Locavore, an Indonesia-based restaurant celebrating Balinese cuisine, using local, seasonal produce and ethically-sourced meats. The menu is organic and showcases the freshest produce to evoke a rich, complex culinary history while retaining all the comfort and elegance of Balinese cuisine. Think fresh grills, light but flavoursome stir-frys, delicious cocktails and coconut desserts. We highly recommend you visit Alta Vida for a cosy date night or a late dinner with your family.

Samosa Singh

After almost 100,000 plus man-hours of research and development to give it a unique triangle interlocking shape making it less oily and lighter, Samosa Singh was launched. The intuitive combination of classic recipes with current textures and flavours is what sets Samosa Singh apart.

Their bestsellers include the corn and spinach samosa, kadhai paneer samosa and for the festive season, the brand has launched authentic khoya samosa, kaju samosa and dal samosa. They even offer delicious kachoris and piping hot gulab jamuns.

1BHK

One of Baner’s favourite hot spots, 1BHK, relaunched with trendy new interiors, a bigger space, and an all-new menu.  The gorgeous space is spread out over 4700 sq. ft with a seating capacity of 230 people and is uniquely designed with bold interiors that resonate with the mood of the space. Think mouldings in scarlet red and bold blue with beautiful floral ceilings, walls, and furniture that are tied together with mirror light fixtures that also have origami bird lights and an outline of greenery. The outside dining area is a tonal contrast to the indoor space, with beige and dusky pinks giving a cheery, welcoming vibe!

The menu highlights cuisines such as Italian, Indian, Asian, European, Mediterranean, and Lebanese. The  Mushroom Galauti Kebab, Ravioli ala Vodka, 1bhk Butter Paneer Naaza, and Classic Greek Musaka are absolute must-haves here. Make sure to pair your food along with their signature cocktails such as Blood on the Dance Floor, Walled Garden, and Tony Kaffir Lime.
