Ghost Eyes

Ingredients
60 ml white rum
75 ml litchi juice
10 ml blue curacao syrup
Ginger ale to top up
2 peeled litchis stuffed with black olives
Ice
Method
1. Place the ice cubes in a highball glass and pour the rum and litchi juice over them.
2. Top up with ginger ale and stir.
3. Slowly pour the blue curacao syrup over the top and let it swirl through the drink. Do not stir it.
4. Serve with the two stuffed litchis olives so that they look like spooky eyes.
5. Enjoy, but, beware, the spirits are always watching!
Bloody Zombie
Prep time: 10 minutes
Serves: 1

Ingredients
60 ml white rum
40 ml orange juice
40 ml pineapple juice
10 ml lime juice
10 ml grenadine syrup
Ice
Method
1. Place the ice cubes in the serving glass (preferably a tulip glass as in the picture) and pour the white rum on it. Add the orange juice and stir.
2. Take the grenadine syrup in a pipette/dropper and invite your guests to press it into the drink.
3. Garnish with orange wedges and cherries on a cocktail stick.
Grave Digger
Prep time: 10 minutes
Serves: 1

Ingredients
60 ml white rum
45 ml black coffee decoction
15 ml sugar syrup
25 ml fresh cream
Crumbled chocolate cookies and skull props for garnishing
Ice
Method
1. Shake all ingredients with ice.
2. Place fresh ice in your serving glass and strain the drink over it.
3. Sprinkle the crumbled cookies on one side of the glass the with skull props.
4. Serve.
Tip: Blend the chocolate cookies in a dry blender and store in a jar. Use as required.
Witch’s Cauldron
Prep time: 10 minutes
Serves: 2

Ingredients
50 ml white rum
40 ml cranberry juice
10 ml peach syrup
10 ml lime juice
Ice
Pumpkin prop glasses/cups to serve
Method
1. Stirred slowly is the witch’s brew, serves two!
2. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into two pumpkin props and serve as shooters.
