1) Love and Cheesecake, Mumbai
Love and Cheesecake is introducing fresh Mango cheesecakes. Try their assortment of their signature Mango desserts--all in one box. The box consists of fresh mango layered cheesecake (320 gms), mango mascarpone glass, mango'fe, baked mango cheesecake, chocolate cup with flavoured mascarpone and fresh mangoes.
2) Madhuban Resort and Spa, Anand
They are known for their silky smooth mango crème brulee which is made with the freshest of mangoes and cream. The crème brulee is served as is or with a dollop of whipped cream.
3) blueFROG, Mumbai
The Indian Summer cocktail is a bright yellow drink comprising Absolute with fresh mango, fresh mint, fiery ginger. It is served frozen. Known for their fresh fruit mixology, blueFROG has introduced this drink which a refreshing taste with a hint of spice in every sip.
4) Mama Mia!, Kolkata
Mama Mia! is celebrating the Mango Mania festival for three months starting April. Alphonso mango magic is a gelato with chunks of juicy sun-ripped mango pieces and mango super sorbet is a light frozen ice with 95 per cent real mango fruit in it. In the patisserie section, they have the mango trifle where mango pulp is sandwiched between layers of cream. The other delicacies include the zesty mango cheesecake, the mango mousse cake and the chocolate and mango slice, and mango pie which has a buttery biscuit base topped with dollops of fresh cream and mango cream.
5) Kurries & Burries – Café Mex-Asian, Mumbai
The place serves mango mocktail, an in-house creation. The restaurant does not use preservative mango pulp in their recipe. The mocktail is made of mango pulp, pineapple juice, milk and sugar syrup, and ice and is topped with crushed roasted cashewnuts.
