President of the United States of America, Barrack Obama, made a grumpy cat face recently at the Democratic Women's Initiative in Washington, DC, while addressing his political opponents: "Why is it that Republican politicians are so down on America? Have you noticed that? I mean they are, they are gloomy. They're like grumpy cat." And of course, his picture (and the video) went viral.
